We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived misprinted/damaged/defective. We'll be happy to assist you in making this right. 


To return an item:

  • Email us at and share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. 

  • If eligible, we will initiate a return for either a replacement item or a refund.

  • Your returned item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You will be required to return the item with receipt or proof of purchase to the address where your order was fulfilled: 

    • Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte or Dallas facility. The correct return address will be mentioned on the order packaging. If this information isn’t available for some reason, then the returns must be sent either to Charlotte or Dallas, based on which facility is located closer to you:

    • Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to:

    • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to:

    • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to:

    • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Our refund policy lasts 4 weeks. If 4 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, the return will be refunded to the payment method of the original purchaser.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of being approved, first check your bank account or credit card account again. It may take some time before your refund is processed and posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are misprinted, damaged or defective.

If you are approved for an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded. We may still be able to exchange the item.

Items not available for return

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. If you are unsure whether or not you can return a sealed good you received, email us at

Pay careful attention when ordering. We do not refund or exchange orders for buyer’s remorse. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Wrong address and packages lost in transit

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. We will send an email to get an updated address from you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date given on your order confirmation. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Email us at if you suspect that your package has been lost in transit.

Shipping costs for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


This Return Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
